About Our Founder
Buay Jok is the founder of Precision Basketball. He is a coach who has worked with NBL and NBL1 talent, including Josh Duach of the Brisbane Bullets, Ellis Bigger of the South East Melbourne Phoenix, and Puoch Puoch, Lawson Eales and Lieb Yat in the NBL1 South division, as well as Justin Ochaya in the NBL1 North division. He has also coached players at the NCAA level, including Michael Jok at Minot State University and Joseph Locandro at Saint Leo University.
Buay has created online resources through social media and dedicated courses to support skill development for players who aren’t able to work with him directly due to distance or other circumstances.
Buay's mission is to build an institute that develops players' character and mindset first, and skill second. Producing athletes who are not only skillful, hardworking and consistent, but who are equipped to make a real impact, whether on the court, off it, or after their playing career ends.
